April 8, 2010 is the second annual Kean Univ. Research Day. There’re over 150 undergraduate and graduate students across all disciplines participating in the interactive poster session. We’re really Lucky and honored to get the Graduate Student Research Award which there is only two graduate students receiving this honor.
Last summer, I and Na Cui were selected to engage in some research regarding the competition between onshore-offshore employees with Dr. Zhang. The research investigates into the reasons and affects of onshore-offshore competition and proposes a three-stage model on the evolution of the competition. This model provides for managers a systematic means to analyze the state of competition in their organization and also guidelines on coping with the competition. I have learned a lot from the project.
